Tonight's sunset is brought to you by Grey's Boardwalk in Yarmouth.
A job ad came across my desk today that had some interesting things about it and some things making it a bad fit. I floated it to Karen for an opinion. Her response: Are you desperate? So I spent a lot of time today thinking about that. I mean really, these days, my mood swings from desperate to hopeful 10 times a day. But the weather was good today and I'm living in a beautiful place and I thought, if I have to be desperate I can at least savor the good things I have at the moment.
I'm trying to go to a different place for the sunset every day. Last week Cold Storage Beach. Saturday Paine's Creek. Yesterday Chatham (no photos, just played with Louis). Today the boardwalk at Grey's Beach.

Louis was very unsure about the whole boardwalk thing. |
I took quite a few of these trying to get the light in the streams just right. |
Then I thought I'd get arty. So this is a long exposure of the reflections while the water got whipped around by the wind. |
And then I thought, whatever. The world might not need just another sunset photo, but it makes me happy to take it. |
Just after sunset is quite cool as well. |
And a couple more from Scargo Tower. The low clouds made for interesting skies. I tried to narrow it down to only 1 because they really were variations on a theme, but 2 is the best I could do.
